Patient Education Pamphlets
Developed by the Women’s Preventive Services Initiative (WPSI), the goal of this trifold is to assist patients with navigating WPSI’s recommendations and now includes screening for anxiety, WPSI’s newest recommendation. It includes patient-focused information about the importance of preventive healthcare, the WPSI recommendations, and sample scripts for patients. There is space on the back to attach clinician-specific contact information as well. Clinicians and healthcare offices are encouraged to download and have them available in waiting rooms or send it electronically to patients.
